This is my first experience with theory. I was very anxious about it, but Melissa Moreno made me feel at ease. She lets me take my time at opening up about myself. I feel I can talk to her freely and without judgement. She is in touch multiple times a week which I have come to look forward to, but the live sessions have been very helpful. I was one that never told anyone about my history, but she has made it easy. Thank you, thank you Melissa!

She is great, at first I was uncomfortable bc I did not know how this was going to work out but she made me feel good. She is a good counselor that listens to what I say and gives me technics to use for my health of mind.

Very nice person. Very open and welcoming. Would recommend for anyone out there who needs advice or help to straighten their life, and this is more than just with mental health.
